Firstly, there’s the flexibility improvements in my hips, feet and neck since we stretch rigorously in every class. Next you can expect, performance improvements in strength, endurance and speed in your movements and body positioning - you’ll learn how to create gaps and position your body during rounds. Lastly the mental clarity of dojo style training, nothing fancy just good old fashioned testing the limits. The coaches here are all industry experts (John, Theo, Iliar to name a few). Currently in basic Muay Thai but I am excited to move on to MMA and BJJ in the future. My current instructor Jack is knowledgeable, approachable and professional. If you are looking to get in shape and be more confident then this is a brilliant way to do it.
