I have almost 2 decades of experience as a coach/ PT .  My background is in martial art training and combat sports however I also have a sport science degree and extensive experience with strength and conditioning. Developing solid training/ nutrition plans and helping people to stay focused and achive goals is second nature to me.   Now I run the MMA DOJO in East Finchley and this is also where I run most of my personal training sessions.

 I learned alot of things the hard way and sustained injuries from over training and inefficient training. 

That is what motivated me to delve into physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, neuroscience and psychology. 

Through study I discovered more efficient ways to train which are not only safer but actually lead to better results. 

Essentially scientific training is about figuring out the goal, then finding the most direct and efficient way to achieve it.
