Tom has been training in martial arts since childhood, beginning with kickboxing.

He has fought in K1, MMA and is a regular competitor in advanced category no gi BJJ

 

Over the past ten years, he has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA around the world, learning from some of the best coaches and top athletes in the sport. This extensive experience has led him to develop a more efficient system for learning MMA. His approach divides training into three distinct technical segments, allowing techniques to be learned more thoroughly and with a deeper understanding of the sport.

He coaches the MMA classes at MMA dojo. And is also an experienced PT and fitness coach .
