KICKBOXING FITNESS CLASS

This is a non contact cardio Kickboxing workout for everyone

A unique blend of punching and kicking techniques mixed with Stretching, Core and Balance training

In a refreshing enviroment with energising tunes.

Class structure

Firstly you come in and meet everyone before the class starts

As the class starts Everyone is guided through simple stretch and balance exercise

Then everybody gets taught footwork and punch and kicking tehniques

The main part we work the bags in an interval format

So you alternate between hitting the bags, shadow and resting.

This is where we get into the zone and your heart rate gets high

We make sure everyone no matter what their level gets a sweat on!

Afterwards we cool down and stretch .

Then there are shower and changing rooms if you need to refresh after
