Jay Started BJJ at age 9 and after losing his first 4 competitions then went on to accumulate 100+ amount of medals and with countless submission wins.
He has been coaching for 6 years and currently runs the Watford tactical fighting center.
He has also competed in MMA and is planning to fight MuayThai and MMA again in future.
